6. Post-sale commitments (defects, replacements, warranty terms).
7. Written MOQ confirmation, minimum economic quantities, pieces per carton, cartons per pallet, source and all packing/shipping costs.

Minimum order quantity (MOQ): confirmed in the written quotation according to the product, supplier, quantity, carton/pallet packing, and source.
